Make your own user interfaces by assembling user screens using Fidgets (“FlexGui-Widgets”). Assemble multiple user screens for any purposes eg. program run, cell initialization, program testing and help functions. FlexGui’s graphical Belt-technology provides good overview, and instant selection of Fidgets and screens. All functions are touch optimized. Drag and drop, flick to scroll, intelligent copy and paste and much more.
A new, user-friendly user interface for NACHI robots, where the user doesn't need to be a robot programmer to execute various tasks. The assembly of such a UI is done using predefined widgets, drag & drop.
With our good experiences in robot remote control, we decided to extend the supported platforms to mobile devices: Android and iOS, so our users can access their robots even on the go.

Automotive industry project
Our client asked for an easy-to-use interface for an installation using 10 robots and 9 cameras in the automotive industry. The main goal was to avoid long tainings, and omit the need of remembering non-field-specific processes, like robot programming and error codes.
Automotive industry project 2
Our client wanted to monitor and control 6 robots and IP cameras in his new installation, allowing remote view, data collection, black box functionalities.
We are full members of ROS-Industrial Consortium, thus we are offering many solutions, such as the ROS compatible FlexGui 4.0, or robot drivers for NACHI, HIWIN, Hyundai, OTC and Kawasaki robots, where the user can access all variables through a dynamic interface, using Industry 4.0 standards. We are also targeting ROS-based projects.
In the Black Box project our client wanted to record all data in his system, including cameras, robot variables, PLC data, then be able to replay it from a given point in the past, export, import.
An easy-to-use UI for a HIWIN industrial robot to demonstrate, how training and previous knowledge can be absolutely omitted by using the right tools. The demo also demonstrated how to connect a HIWIN robot using Industry 4.0 standards to existing systems.
The Mechatronics Innovation Lab requested to deliver them 5 cells, using our cutting-edge Industry 4.0 solutions, to present their visitors our vision of the future.
The Trondheim Vitensenteret ordered a cell, where a robot plays against maximum 3 people, using tablets as control devices.

A multipass welding planner and user interface including planning from CAD models, multipass cross section handling, simulation, on-the-teach-pendant controls, camera integration.
A machine vision system with FlexGui as the UI, with fully reprogrammable workpieces, filters, parameters, playback. The vision system is robot and camera independent, any robot or camera can be used.
NACHI High Speed Interface
In many installations, when the control cycle require fast response time (master arm, welding, path adjustment, etc.), a fast interface is required. For such reasons we developed a ~5ms guaranteed response interface.
