INGUNN – a flexible and configurable platform
The GoCart 180 platform is designed for autonomous transport and can be adapted with different top modules and application-specific configurations.
For INGUNN, PPM uses this flexibility to create a nursing-home logistics robot for laundry, waste, supplies and other internal delivery tasks.
The modular approach enables rapid deployment and cost-effective configuration, making INGUNN easier to adapt to each individual facility than traditional robot solutions.
Proven safety technology for patient care environments
Multiple safety zones around the robot
INGUNN is built on an AMR platform designed for operation in nursing homes and hospitals where it has to share the environment with human beings. The platform uses multiple safety zones, obstacle detection and safety controlled speed to avoid dangerous or uncomfortable situations.
For nursing homes, this matters. Residents may move slowly, use walking aids, sit in wheelchairs or react unpredictably. INGUNN must therefore behave safely, calmly and trustful around people — not only avoid collisions.
The GoCart 180 features an industry-accredited PL-d safety system based on EN ISO 13482:2014 and Yujin Safety Controller technology. This guarantees the safety, even though a technical error should occur on the robot !
